Erdal Inci

Erdal Inci lives and produces his works including filmmaking, graffiti art and photography in Istanbul, Turkey. Over the past few years, Inci became well known for his GIFs posted online where he 'clones sections of video to create hypototic animated loops'. 

Above all are some of my favorite pieces by Inci and i am no doubt still amaze of all the unconventional way of producing Gifs that Inci has discovered and created.

how beautiful

i know its a little bit too late, but in honor of Mother's Day, I'm dedicating this post to the most inspiring person in life, my mother. She is oh so lovely and beautiful in the inside-out, always patient and caring as a mother of 5, always loyal and supportive as a wife, always smiling never mad, always teaching and always there. my childhood would not be oh so magical without her beautiful heart.

People say it takes a village to raise a child but mum has showed me something perhaps more to this famed quote. Love is more than a blogpost dedicating to that special someone, Love is more than just the scripted sentence you say before bedtime, Love is more than the ink imprinted on your skin because Love is sustain by genuine action, Love is selfless, Love is unconditional, Love is simple the ingredient that mum has sprinkled into my life.

Philipp Igumnov

i immediately felt obliged to dedicate a post to Philipp Igumnov, a Moscow based artist, when i was browsing through flicker profiles aimlessly on a typical friday evening. his interesting profile name - woodcum, is filled with numerous whimsical and dreamlike illustrations, collages and also photography that shouts out 'MAGIC' to the audiences, or just me.
elements and objects are seemingly minimal in all of his composition but if you put a lil bit more effort in breathing the artist's air and perspective, you will soon discover hidden messages and perhaps some 'humor of the dark kind' in all his master pieces x
